You can now make changes to your bookings by signing up using the same email address you used to create your bookings. Click the log in portal to create an account where you will be redirected to the sign up page.

Once you have created an account with us, log into your account. You can find the log in portal at the top right corner of the website next to the icon of the green & white avatar on desktop, or within the menu bar on mobile.

Once you have logged in, click the dropdown arrow next to your username and click on My Bookings.

On your personal My Bookings page, you can view upcoming and past bookings. Each of the upcoming bookings has a Reschedule and Cancel option by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to your bookings.

To reschedule your bookings click the reschedule option and you will be prompted to choose a new date and time for your booking. Click book and you will be alerted of your new booking and will be sent a new confirmation email. You can find your new rescheduled booking in My Bookings.

To cancel your bookings click the cancel option. A window will pop-up asking if you are sure you want to cancel your booking, click yes to cancel.

If you are still strugglingly to amend your bookings, please contact us using the Enquiry Contact Form below and using the subject: Amend Booking. Your message will be sent to our bookings personnel who will be able to help you out. 

Please bear in mind it may take up to 24 hours before you have a response, so please don't amend you're booking the night before as we won't be able to get back in touch with you in time.
